The M6 will get the 200. You'll have to modify it a little to unlock the full potential and BMW will make you take the Drivers course if you do. Good Luck.

The m6 is limited electronically to 155 mph, I do have to add however. If the limiter is removed it is said that the BMW M6 would hit a top speed of around 205 mph

BMW's imprted to the USA are spec'd differently than their cosuins who run on the Autobahn. Although I'm not an expert, I would be willing to support an argument that states US models will not exceed 200 mph while European models will top out around that thresh hold. In short, you both probably are correct, just on different continents. Hope this helps

In the U.S. BMW's are governed to 155 mph. Without governors and with the proper tires, maybe 180 mph.

Both the current M5 and M6 are capable of over 200mph if the limiter is removed.

its true its electonically limted to 155 mph but even with the speed limiter removed it will reach no more than 300km/h comparing t to other cars that have more power it needs a little bit more of hp and maybe a more sporty design to cut the air quicker
