The most I ever found was a $20 bill and I spent it on extra groceries!!

$1,200. it was in a purse left on a bench near where i work. it had this woman's passport, flight passes, and travel itinerary in it also. i turned it in and waited for the owner to show up, when she did, she didn't even say thank you.....
