I think Obama is fasinating, luv him
Hillary, luv her too...but shes too harsh

I really don't think either could carry our party to a victory, sadly.

Even though I voted for him once, I do hope Kerry stays out of it too. Rumors had it that hes wanting to get back in.

Obama as a vice?....I can see that, with him then running as Pres. later.

Anyone know of any other strong possibilities?

Not a snow balls chance in hell. Look Americans claim to be all PC now and progressive, but the honest answer is that all those soccer moms in the midwest would still cringe if their daughter brought home a black boyfriend and, they aren't going to vote for a ticket with a black man as president or vice president. And thats not even considering the South. Sorry but its true. It would be nice if the country wasn't that way, but it is. Democrats have to come to grips with the fact that there are alot more conservative rednecks in this country than there are progressive liberals. Maybe in another 20 years things will change but for now....no way no how.

depends on what you mean by viable, does that ticket have a chance to win, probably, but do we want 2 people who have no executive skills and no foreign policy experience running the country. I think the Democrats can find better candidates. I would hope the next presidential candidates would be good for the country not just able to win a popularity contest.

It's a woman and a black man, both running together on a Demo- wait, LIBERAL ticket. Who wouldn't attack them, physically, let alone verbally? We definitely aren't ready for a ticket like that; too much bias against them. And the three things I noted in the beginning would already have the ditto-heads out to get 'em.

Obama-clinton, maybe. Obama is certainly more charming, popular and articulate and therefore more electable.
Clinton-Obama not a chance. It would be to hard of a sell, the mainstream voters have her pegged as a nasty bitc*, and that is going to be a difficult image for the her to shake.
