My best friend Sarah started going out with someone i completely hate with all the life in my body, i was so enraged she would do this without even telling me that i refused to speak to her when she smilled and said hi i said no and walked away. She blew me away by going to her room and crying all day. Now she hates me but i havent had a chance to speak to her. I want to tell her how much i care and i realised that i could put up with whoever she goes out with but i dont think shell ever forgive me.Please help.

give her some time to cool off then try to talk to her. If she listens then you are good, but if she just wants to hit you or walks away , then she isn't your friend.

she will forgive you what you need to do is go up to her and tell her how sorry you are and ask if she well talk to him about it so you can explain everything about how you fell and how much your friendship with her is important.

flowers work nicely. talk to her friends. leave her a nice card or note under the door. embarrass yourself by singing karaoke outside her door until she opens it. good luck.
