Ok, first I need to kmow how long you have had the Katana? If you have not had it for very long (less than 30 days) then the store should replace it for you. If past 30 days, bring it in to the store. Hopefully you got the TEP when you signed up for service. If so, they will repair the phone and if they can't they will replace it at no cost(only with TEP). Don't try to get out of the contract just yet. Keep me posted on how long you have had the phone and what the store tells you. If you do not get any help from the store email me and I will work through the corporate office to get this straightened out for you. Email address: rkg730@yahoo.com

Whenever I have a problem with something that I buy and it doesn't work properly, I take it back and ask for the Manager. He is the only one that can help you. The rest of the people are just workers and can't do anything for you. Always go to the top manager.
