Sorry but I don't think that your mom is looking at you as a dating service. You may look at this fella as a compete idiot and not get along with him but if he is good to your mom and she is happy then you should not be interfering with this relationship.

I would tell her how I feel about this guy,but I don`t think that you can do anything about it...
ask yourself,how would you react if u really liked a guy,and you start dating him,and after some time your mum tells you to dump him because he is an idiot and she doesn`t like him,and that you can do alot better...love is love,and if she really likes him,you will have to accept it,the way your mum will have to accept it,when you will find an idiot,that you really love...

Who your mom is seeing should be of no concern of yours, unless he is abusing her, or you. Your mom is a grown-up and if she is dating an idiot, the more you dislike, the more she likes. As parent's we are going to look out for the welfare of our children. So give your mum a break and allow her to be happy. If he is truly an idiot, she'll get over it soon enough and move on.

I agree with Skigod. Humans error, its natural. Although its a terrible mistake that took place, instead of going to court and wasting the legal systems time (and MONEY) arguing the price of the compensation, I think the Australian Army (government) should foot the bill for the funeral as a way of saying Im sorry and a verbal or written apology to the family, which I think is more than enough.

oh bless your mum may be really pretty but don't hurt her feelings by telling her the guy shes with is an idiot in time she may work it out for her self just let her be happy and who knows .......
