breast tenderness is quite often by using a metamorphosis of a few form on your hormonal stability. those variations could nicely be by using being pregnant, PMS, or peri-menopause. There are different opportunities yet they're particularly uncommon. If the soreness persists after your next era, then see a doctor, or in the experience that your next era never comes... see a doctor.

It can be because of your up coming period. But it can also be because you are growing, or because your bra may be too tight. Try putting it on a looser clasp. If they still feel sore the bra may be too small. Go get measured...they do this at JC Penny's and Nordstroms, and at Victoria's Secret. (just cause you get measured there doesn't mean you need to buy the expensive bras). lol

If it's a constant pain, it could be that you have fibroid tumors in your breast - which by the way are not cancerous. If it is only shortly before you start your cycle, it is a sign of PMS. If it becomes a consistant problem, ask you gyno, I have fibroid tumors in my breast, and he suggested to me to massage them gently regularly and to take Vitamin E.

It happens to some women during or right before their period, during pregnancy or menopause. Assuming there's no injury, its probably hormone-related.
