Yeah, doing crunches will do nothing for you. Crunches build and strengthen muscle, they don't get rid of fat. You could do crunches until the cows come home and there will be a neglible different.

Change your diet and excersize. Drink more water. Make healthy food choices - lots of fruits and veggies, don't reduce or eliminate, but watch your carb intake. Eat good fats. Go for walks in the mornings and/or nights. Jog, if that's your thing. Get some weights and do some low level weight lifting to get your muscles involved.

you have to do more exercise and less eating.This is the answer
if you can do this you can lose weight.

Firstly you have to believe that you can lose weight. Than start to realize the steps ok.

drink water so much
eat fruit and vegetable so much

You can't target a specific area for weight loss. Eat less, excercise more. It will come off. You might lose some in other areas first. Like boobs.
