My husband is from Howard County.
He is now a Marine, and it is odd, because a lot of people he meets are from Howard County. He did very well. He did go to private school the last 2 years, but he liked it.
He said its a 7....
Good Luck

My limited experience says both Howard County and Prince George's County are about the same when it comes to schools. I've included reports from both school districts and you can figure it out for yourself. The reports seem to show that Howard County has better schools if you go for statistics alone.

By virtue of the fact that you said "Is Howard County schools any better..." tells me that you need to get to a school with a good English class!

BTW, I'm an educator from Michigan recently moved to Charles County and doing consulting work in Maryland.

Actually thats a bit misleading,Prince George has the highest medium income for a majority black county but theres only so many black majority counties in the first place. There are several other black enclaves across the country with wealther blacks than Prince George but they havent reached that 51% mark yet. BTW Bladwin Hills is a painfully awful show..
