There is no such thing as 100% honesty. I don't care how honest you are with your partner there still will be things you will keep to your self. Be honest with your self and you will agree that somethings are better left unsaid. You are as honest with other people as required and there is nothing wrong with that. If you want another person to be 100% honest with you I think you will receive similar response. It's not necessary to be 100% honest with every thing in your life, its called self preservation, be open and honest but only to a point.

Honesty means to be completely open with someone and i believe that you can be 100% honest with your best friend and your parents because they will always be there for you.

honesty means to always tell the truth and you can always be honest with everyone 100% to be dishonest is to lie and liar can not be trusted if you are caught in even one lie it will always follow you people will say well you lied before it is better to not say anything at all then to lie always be honest in every thing you do by doing this you will be a true person by lying makes you a phony you wouldn't want to be known as a phony they are losers

Honesty to me is being truthful to your friends and yourself of course, that's what I'm all about... And God is the only one I can really be 100% honest with, and your friends,too

for me Honesty means that no matter how bad something is or what you have done you should always tell the truth.
You should always be honest with the people that has been honest with you parents teachers friends.
People that you truely trust!

Actually it could mean he has other stuff he needs to do first before he devotes his time into you. Maybe he has school or is having a tough project at work or something. He probably wants to get that out of the way first so he can spend more time with you and devote 100% thought (or close to it) on you.

To me, it means always telling the truth, no matter what. If you were 'honest', and told ONE lie on purpose, then you wouldn't be being totally honest. I do my absolute best to tell the truth,at all times. That makes me reliably honest. To your second part of your question, my answer is: everyone.

I think a person needs to be completely honest with themselves at all times. Other than that, it is okay to have a secret or 2 as long as no one is being hurt by it.
