Its only an issue because married people have rights that other people do not .
Now if we suspended the credits and tax breaks married people had then it would not matter .
Special treatment for anyone is wrong in a democratic nation .
We need to get rid of all laws that do this .

As a Catholic Im against it as a Republican I'm against it,As a married for fifteen years inividual I'm against it,do I believe Gays should have seperate rights,I'm against it Sex orientation is not a means to have rights otherwise sheepherders should have a class of life all there own...now do i think members of homosexuality should have set forth a common law spouse clause(insurance partnership etc) yes I do,as long as there is a legal binding contract but should it be called marriage hell no and as far as coming out of a closet..You First Big Boy

I'm against Gay marriage because Marriage is a union in the eyes of God and that is only between a man and a woman. If gays choose to live together that's find with me, but stay away from cheapening my faith.

I think SouthPark has proved that the closet is good for some people.

I'm not discrediting those like Ted Haggard that wanted to out himself Either way I am pro gay choice.

I dont get why you people insist on talking about your lives, as if they were someone elses, if you are gay and feel safer in the closet, then say so, quit beating around the bush..

Im a republican and im not. Lots of people deny their personality, its just singling out a gay people if you call them on it. They know the world isn't accepting of gay people yet and it take a very outgoing personality to be 100% yourself
