This is a marriage in which the trust is gone, on my part. The sex is dried, like a prune and the desire to explore her body is nonexistant. This is my second marriage so, I suppose I already know the answer and out of fear of failure, I am blind to ending it.

a marriage is over when both people have no desire to fix it. marriage is hard work. you have to want things to change and work at them in order for them to get better. however, just from reading your question, you have already reached the point on no return.

Sounds like you need to open up and communicate with each other, forgive each other and go forward together or not.
Don't quit. The vows say" for better or worse " for a reason.
You can both learn to be better partners if you work through the problems.

There is someone out there that is right for you. You are on here writing notes instead of ending your present marriage while she waits to find you. Get moving with your life!

Dude, then just let her go, get a divorce. My advice is : don't remarry. It sounds like you'd only be back in this situation again, so don't have any way it could. Stay single- it's your best bet.
