No and Hell no supporting our troops is not synonyms with open end contracts, I fully support our troops but appalled at our so called leaders who keep stalling the bidding process for body armor or any other equipment needed for our troops,
Really how long does it take to get bids, hell I have bid on many projects and the bids have been let in 30 days or sometimes less, this sh,, has been going on for over 3 years so they Can let their man get as much as possible from this open ended process so they can get their kick backs, I feel any s,o,b, who helps to endanger our men for any reason especially for money should be executed,
