i love it except for the title; this is a very fine Scandinavian artist
& the reason I posted my question here is cause, sadly, a lot of heterosex. folks out there lack the taste for finer things, esp. girls which is really disappointing. this one is very sensual but delicate at the same time.

That was really nice, the color is amazing and I love how the human body can be portrayed as passionately loving and not flatly sexual. I looked at the other painting and I really enjoyed The Little Mermaid, Angel, Torso, Cornucoppia... the list goes on!!! This guy is unbelievable and has a real appriciation of nature and the female form ;)
Here are some paintings I'm actually trying to decide between from the Tuscano catalog... See if you like them; Some are Romantic and some aren't but you can still appriciate them for what they are :)

I'm a girl. I love the impressionists- Monet, Manet, Gogh, Renoir....Even seeing a picture in a book or Internet site reminding me of the one I saw in a museum excites me. I remember the first time I saw the sunflowers of Van Gogh at the British Museum. I was 9 or 10 and I cried, but not because I was miserable or something:").
I agree with you- the title doesn't match the message of the painting and is somehow too simple or like a part of an e-card.... Would love to see it some day- where is it? Is it a part of private a collection or where? Anyhow, it is understandable and live, but can't like it more than those mentioned above.

Very pretty. I don't care much for the painting style, but it's still nice, and a beautiful theme.
If you want something similar, I'd suggest you check out Quentin Cordair's art gallery online- there is a lot of beautiful pieces.
