well you to remove them from your muffler, take out the muffler, cut it open and cut out the baffles now weld the muffler back together and there you go. Baiscally what you are doing is creating a resonating chamber so i suggest just cutting out the muffler and get a bigger piece of pipe and weld to caps over the end of it with holes in the ends so your exhaust can flow thru. Same idea, less work. Just so you know this is not legal, so if your car has to go thru an inspection then i suggest keeping your muffler together and put it back in before you inspection so you will pass, then when your done with the inspection switch it back out.

Only way is to ditch the exhaust and have a custom one made

You shove a stick of dynamite up the tailpipe,that will remove the baffles.

You see the big boxes? well open them up and remove the baffles, then weld them back up again, simple isn't it? yet I wouldn't fancy your chances when the law follows your car!
