They tend to find new fun and interesting things to fill their time with. All the empty nesters i know are just as busy as when they had children in the house... just seems to be with more fun and social things.

From a man's point of view...I feel that even though the nest is empty...A woman never loses her instinct to maintain it. Unless the eggs hatched into baby birds whose mouths never closed, not even after they could fly on their own. Gimme back my worm!! (must be dinner time)=-)..in pursuit of worm for dinner....thud...dang that's a clean window!!!!!! Call 911 please.
