I take it that you want to improve your inferiority complex?
I ask the question because you are not very good at expressing yourself.
Write down all the things you think are good about yourself, and find the faults with all these things, the reasons why these things are actually bad. And whenever you find yourself thinking something good about yourself, counter it with a bad thought about yourself.
I hope this question was a joke, because all the above is the exact opposite of what I really want you to do, and what I want to say.
Other people can give us an inferiority complex, if we lack the ability to disregard unfair and unfavourable criticism.
I hope you don't really have an inferiority complex.
I hope my understanding of your question was as you intended.

Boost your self esteem. Kind of broad but so is your question since you're not telling us what you are feeling inferior about. Find something you are good at, it'll make you feel good about yourself. What do you do well right now? Think hard about this threre is something, even listening to others is an admirable trait.
Why are you feeling inferior? Is it a valid reason? Sometimes it's not. ex. I have a computer buddy that is a genius yet he can't use an electric can opener, it's hilarious, and I rib him relentlessly. Doesn't mean he's stupid.
