You can download either limewire at limewire.com or morpheus at morpheus.com really easy to download just make sure you have DSL and not dial up or it will take too long to download songs

Personally LimeWire, theres hardly any viruses on that, althought ive never had a virus on Emule. Kazaa is the WORST!

limewire is pretty good. Just be aware that it is illegal to download songs if you do not have to pay for them. (unless they are released as free tracks)
