He was the Sales Manager at location "A" and she was an advanced level customer counselor at location "B". He never met her or knew her in any way at any time. All of a sudden he got a call from her to help her with a big sale; she was not experienced enough, but recently got promoted to the new resposible position, because the Sales Manager at location " B" got fired.

Both locations belonged to the same multibillion dollar corporation.
So the mnager at "A" went over to help the counselor at the sister location "B" the next day at the specified time of appointment with the prospect. The prospect never turned up. Having learned that she was recently promoted and there was nobody to help her at that location, he gave her some tips and instructions to ensure that she is encouraged and can continue to carry out her responsibilities. The meeting lasted approximately 1 hour after which he returned to his location to carry out his duties.

The day after, police arrested him. Fair?

The Sales Manager was shocked for the warrant that alleged him that he grabbed the ladies breast. Naturally he was fired from job immediately. It took him all his savings and a lot of credit card debt to hire an attorney to represent him.

After 9 months or so, the case was won. There is absolutely no truth to any sexual interest or advances by the Sales manager.
He could not collect any damages from her because she had 5 children and poor; he could not collect any damages from the company, because the company files Chapter 11 bankruptcy during this time.

The manager's career was completed ruined which also added to marrital problems later. The lady was an African american and the manager was a non-American. Is that fair?

A big part of the story is missing; what happened during that hour? What exactly was said? If all he did was give her professional advice, no physical contact that could be misconstrued as sexual than no its not fair.

The fact of the luck of witnesses lets the final decision in hands of the law, if he profit by his position and sexually assault her, must be jailed, otherwise he can be framed so she had no competitors within the company. What a world!

Story does not indicate if anything inappropriate happened during that hour or if she fabricated the story to sabotage a competitors career.
Without those details , fair or not fair isn't determinable.

It depends. Assault is simply if you make someone fear that you will hurt them. If he said anything, made any gesture, ect during that hour which made the woman think he might hurt her, he has committed assault.
