U can go to tagged.com it's a cool place where u meet people chat,make your own page telling about u and u can have pictures on there its the perfect place to find a penpal + u can use webcams and put your picture on there.I hope i gave u a good place to meet a penpal!! Good Luck!!!

post something on here about looking for a penpal, and make sure they have profiles with pics and info you can look at. it might take a couple of times but you should find someone

theres probadly websites? i know the feeling though its hard to trust anyone over internet but you could always ask for picture and then ask web cam talk then you know they are that age. It probadly be easier when your older but im only 20 but it would be hard to know if i was talking to a gir same age if it was just text alone.
