he is just a comedian from England. don't get your nickers in a twist. he likes to push it a bit but he is funny. hehehehehahhaha lol. x

No, not scripted. It is improvised. Most of the other 'actors' presume that they are participating in a documentary and are quite unsuspecting. It's a risky way of working because it could fall flat ( there must be hours of footage that didn't make the final cut). That is Sacha Baron Cohen's skill, to stear the situation for comic effect

I saw him on Letterman - yes, he's pretty funny, but it was clear that even it was scripted.
