Does anyone know where you can find a Staryu and Jigglypuff? I really need help getting them. Does anyone know how to make a Togepi evolve? I tried a Moon Stone but it doesn't work, right now it's level 44.

staryu r easy just go left on the sea of lilcove and use a superrod(wailmers will come out2)and jiggilypuff u know where the city where u fight the rock tpye gym leader? well just go up and surf on the water and go up but not the first land that u see kepp going up and youll land on bird island. there r a few trainers there and they're not easy to avoid ang jiggilypuffs r rare. 4 evolving togepi i dont know but just train it more(it's not easy)

you need to raise your togepi's freindship to make it evolve and if you have firered or leafgreen, and if you get the ruby and the sapphire, staryu is near cinnabar island, and jigglypuff is in my. moon.
