Yes there are many Holiday Inns and Holiday In Express in London. Have a look at their site and you'll see what's available.

I am not sure what your question is but there are Holiday Inn Express in London, I have stayed at the one in Old Street near the financial district. It was good, staff friendly and rooms where spacious.

I lived in England a few years ago, and whenever my family travelled around the UK we always stayed in Holiday Inn Expresses, as they were cheap but comfortable for one or two nights, so I recommend them.
