Try a turkey sandwich and a glass of milk about a half hour before you go to bed. The tryptophan in the turkey is sleep-inducing, and so is milk or other dairy products. Avoid caffeine in the form of coffee, tea, chocolate or sodas, such as Mountain Dew. Don't exercise too strenuously before bed time. Wind down before you go to bed. Take a warm bath. Spray your pillowcase with lavendar water or a few drops of the oil. It's said to help you sleep. Listen to soft music, read a boring book, count sheep. Hope some of this helps.

dairy products (better if liquid)...Or you could eat a lot of anything (better if fats) and go to sleep straight away...because your body concentrates in digesting your food rather than keeping you awake...so the more you eat the easier to sleep ! Oh yeah have you tried 'yoghurt drink'...quite rare but it really puts you to sleep. If you can find it ... try making it its simple. Add 2-3 spoons of yoghurt to a jug of water and add salt according to taste (and obviously stir). :--)
