...she hasn't been necessarily cautious with protection, but hasn't gotten pregnant? Should she worry about getting pregnant in the future?

The lack of getting pregnant can be due from other reasons than infertility. It would depend on what time of her cycle she had unprotected sex (women differ at the timing, but certain times of each woman's cycle her body is "hostile" to sperm, i.e. her body produces more "stuff" (acidy) that killes sperm) or with whom she had unprotected sex with (was he "fixed" or infertile)?

Anytime you have sex there is a posibility of getting pregnant. If you don't want to concieve then be more cautious. Sounds like you have been lucky so far but why push it. Use protection. It's the smart thing to do.

Yes, If are not trying to have a baby you need to use protection and get on a controceptive. My sister in law got pregnant the first time she had sex with her boyfriend with out protection. Most people think that it wont happen to them but it always does. Also, women in thier teens are extreemly fertile. My mom was pregnant twice as a teenager and had abortions before she had me at 19. Women in thier 20s also are very fertile as well. Protect your slef against stds as well. They spread like wild fire and most people who have them dont know they do. Good luck!

I wouldn't worry about it unless you are seriously trying to get pregnant.

No, no need to worry. Fornicate like there's no tomorrow and enjoy the pleasurable sensations that come with it.
