Girls- Hailey, Averie
Boys-Ethan, Cameron, Tristan- I do like Anthony

hmm...depends on the language or origin of the name. But the only ways, I've seen this name spelt are Elisabeth or Elizabeth
I honestly think that if it were me, I would wait to see what the baby looks like, then I would know what name suits them.
In any case, congrats on the new baby and I hope you come up with a name you like
