I could go the easy route and say "Tears in Heaven" by Eric Clapton, but I won't.
So I'll go with either "I Can't Make You Love Me" by Bonnie Raitt, or "Strange Fruit" by Billie Holliday.
"Red Right Ankle" by The Decemberists is a pretty sad tune as well.
So, what song gets you all weepy?

Curtains by Elton John and Bernie Taupin - on the Captain Fantastic Album or CD. The lyrics and music or an expression of mourning for a lost love.
I used to know this old Scarecrow, he was my song, my joy and sorrow...Cast alone between the furrows of a field, no longer sown by anyone...I held a dandelion, that said the time had come, to leave upon the wind, not to return, when summer burns the earth again...Culltivate the freshest flower...this garden ever grew...Beneath these branches I once wrote such childish words for you...But that's OK, there's treasure children always seem to find...And just like us, you must have had ....a Once Upon a Time.
If you haven't ever heard it, you have to...the words are about lost love and the music just drips of mourning for it.

Mary by Fisher
Devics has several such as Firehead and then there is Living Inside Her by Kelly's Lot. Fisher does a sad song called Missing. Fisher's song I Will Love You was deemed too romantically sad by the test audience for the romance movie Message In A Bottle.
