The drain pipe is frozen (check in the freezer compartment at the bottom rear). You can get the ice out by using a hair dryer. Takes a while (I just did that same thing recently).

didn't tell me quite enough to pin point your problem , but here are a few things that will cause it,,,,, most likely you have a defrost thermostat stuck in,, if so, it needs to be replaced, a frozen drain will cause water on the floor but don't explain the not cooling thing, so do this,,,,,,,first look into the freezer on the back wall and see if there is ice built up on it if so , defrost isn't working , second look in the bottom of the floor in the freezer and see if there is clear ice on the floor,,,if so your drain is stopped up ,,,,and last check and see if this is happening,,, the freezer is still cooling some but not enough to freez ice and the refrigerator is warming up to about 50 degrees,,,,again this is the defrost timer or element ,,,and bi metal,,, it will be one of these possibilities most likely,,,,good luck
