Florida's state flower is the "orange blossom. We want to find out what does it mean?, and why does that particuar flower represents florida?

One of Florida's largest export industries is the orange...so it stands to reason the the orange blossom was chosen to acknowledge that.

Hello Nicole d.....correct me if I'm wrong, but orange blossoms are the precursors to "oranges". Please see the wikipedia link:

THERES A SIGNIFIGANT AMOUNT OF ORANGE BLOSSOMS THAT BLOOM HERE EVERY YEAR.


(dont listen to CANADIAN ken... oranges are fruit.. orange blossoms are flowers. idk where he came up with that reason?!)
