I know this is a wierd question, but here goes...
If a guy asked you if he could touch your belly button, would you let him do it? Why or why not? Would you like it?
This guy from my class (I can't decide if I like him or not) in college saw my belly button when my blouse came up as I was fixing my hair and asked me if he could touch it.

I kind of feel bad that maybe he really wanted to touch it, but now he's prob. upset b/c I didn't let him touch it.

i think you should be the one deciding that, if you feel it go tie your hair up again in front of him.

I wouldn't let him touch me like that. That's just plain wierd! It's obvious that he's still very immature and overestimates the freedom of college life.

thats really weird.he sounds like he is testing you to see where the line is drawn.i would say no because perhaps he is just looking for a chance to be intamite or an excuse to touch you because he likes you.ewww.don't do it .stick with your gut.your opinion is as valuable as diamonds.i think he is looking for an excuse to get close to the goods.but hey,thats just me.
