OMG- where to start. I suggest checking travel logs on line. It really depends on what you like..music? museums? shopping?
Here are my favorites: Vatican City for Rome, Piccadily Circus and Carnaby Street in London, Louvre in Paris, Interlaken in Switzerland.

Yeah, I'm still in Europe.
Coliseum, get in on a tour.
Hang in the pubs.
Eiffel tower.
You do know Rome's in Italy? Venice is cool but smelly, Naples is cool and wasn't smelly when I was there, Pompeii or Herculaneum is cool and dead, so no chance of smelly really.
Take a boat trip on the Brienzersee and do check out Gruyeres.
Haven't been to Greece.
