i can sleep in silence......so i have a humidifier, and it has a pleasant hum....I NEED THAT NOISE!!!!

my cell phone! i am serious! i have to know where it is! i have to know it is like right there next to me. cuz it is my alram clock with out it i can't wake up and it is there is someone is calling and so i am serious if i can't find it then i would still goto sleep but just not happily! and hey i sleep witht the fan noise too!

My pile of pillows, and the television on - I set the timer on the television to shut off after approx. 45 mins. - as I drift off into dreamland

Silence and darkness.
I can't usually stand music or anything like that in the background. And i don't like a lot of light.
