they always seem to break and some grow, while others don't grow at all. HELP!!!!

Eating Jello helps your nails to grow. It's also good for your hair.
I have to keep my nails cut short because I'm a medical transcriptionist and it's hard to type with long nails.

i ordered an execllent product from folica.com. it's callednailtiques formula 2plus. it is a protein formula that bonds nail laers together building a strong nail foundation enabling it to grow quicker (because of all the protein in it). my nails were screwed up because i had arcrylic nails so when i took them off i needed something to make them grow fast. and this product was great. my nails grew soooo fast and now they are super strong too!

probably the best thing to do is go to a nail salon and get your nails done by a professional....thats what worked for me...have them recommend a nail hardening product, the best products, in my opinion are made by a company called OPI...they have a hardening/strengthening product that has kept my nails strong and healthy for close to five years now....regular manicures and a healthy diet are the best thing..Also, women tend to use their nails as tools to scrape, clean or open things...find a non-fingernail tool to do those jobs

You need to nourish from the inside out-- Omega 3's (fish oil capsules) are great for promoting healthy skin and nails. You can find them in the vitamin section of any store.
