What are some reasons for the military success of Islam in the Middle Ages. besides routing out the unbelivers and converting ppl?

The Muslims mainly pushed out the corrupt, ineffective Byzantines. They also pushed out the Gothic kingdoms in Spain, but were checked in 732 at the Battle of Tours. In the East, they were checked only 320 years ago, in 1683, at the Gates of Vienna.

Mainly, they were better organized.
