i have tried many times now, i have inserted the disc & followed all instructions but all i get when i click on connect is 'phone initializing' yet it won't ever initialize! i have searched other sites for help & see that many other people have had the same problem but no one as explained how they connected it to there computer. hope someone can help me with this as its starting to annoy me now but i'm determined to do it!!!

The best thing to do is call 1-800-922-0204 Verizon wireless customer service and ask to speak to technical support.
They will walk you through it.

have you ever put in the utility that got here with the telephone if no longer your computing device wont know it in case you didnt get any utility then attempt the lg internet site and spot if it is downloaded
