Think about what angers you most in the world and set up a program to rid the world of the injustice. Even if you help in a small way it may change the world. Like the butterfly effect.

even though it's cold, get outside and enjoy the fresh air! you'll feel awake and invigorated. if you have a dog, maybe you could take your dog for a short walk.
