He's a dead man walking. Nowhere did it say he was to be hung today. His sentence was to be hanged, but it firsts goes to 9 judges and then if they make the final decision to have him hanged, it will be anywhere from 1 to 30 days.

Notice that he wasn't charged with " Murdering the Kurds" or " " mass killings of the Rebels after the Gulf war, and whose bodies were found in a mass grave in southern Iraq. The reason being, both cases would be very embarressing for the US government for their complicency in both cases,
