According to Wbsters New World Medical Dictionary; Fever blister: A small sore situated on the face or in the mouth that causes pain, burning, or itching before bursting and crusting over. The favorite locations are on the lips, chin or cheeks and in the nostrils. Less frequented sites are the gums or roof of the mouth (the palate). Sounds like what you have. Most of these go away by themselves.

That is a fever blister. It is caused by the herpes virus. Almost everyone has that. Don't kiss anyone until it heals, it is contagious.

I would consult a doctor immediately. They will be able to tell you. Those are nothing to be flirting around with, because you probably do, judging by what it sounds. Also.. you may have herpes from oral sex. That is the more likely of the two possibilities.

Yuck...I had that a few years ago - you have an allergy to something (could be a type of lipgloss you use). My doctor prescribed a hydrocortizone cream. Don't pick or scratch it (gross!)....
