First, clear all the stuff from under the sinks so you can have a clear view of all the pipes and water lines. Run the water from first one sink, then the other. You should be able to see evidence of water leakage/damage if it is coming from loose pipes, goose-neck connections or water feed lines. If all is dry under the sinks, you have a more serious problem which will require a professional plumber to go behind the walls or under the floor. I am not a plumber but believe me, I have rental properties and there are times when the expense of a plumber saves me more serious damage due to hidden leakes within the walls or under the floors. Once those places rot out due to water damage you will have a much greater expense down the road.
If you find water damage under the sinks, shine a light on all the joints while running water from the sinks. If you see leaks and are not comfortable with doing basic plumbing repairs, usually a handyman can fix the problem at much less expense of a plumber.

You might have a leak in the pipes. You are better off calling a plumber to fix it . Leaks are tricky to fix, check the pipes under the sinks to see if the leak starts there, than replace those. If not get somebody who knows what there doing in.

It's relativity. For example, the best pisses I ever take is when I had to hold it in for a long time and then finally got a chance to go. It's great! But do I want ALL of my pisses to be like that? Hell no! The only reason it feels good is because my body was pushed to the limit and was given relief only after an extended period of time. Similarly, with the 3AM bathroom water, you're body is so uncomfortably thirsty that you actually wake up to hydrate yourself. The wonderful feeling that you have associated with 3AM bathroom water has more to do with relief, and not so much with taste. If you drank 3AM bathroom water all of the time you would see how inferior the taste is compared to bottled or filtered water.

Fix the leak in the hallway sink piping. You should be able to see where it is leaking from.

the first two answers are on the mark.start from where you see the water and (with a flashlight to see well)work your way up from where it is evident.if theres no water under the sink in your bedrm. bath then it's probably in the wall where that sink ties into the drain line.work your way up and you should be able to find where it originates
