Independent. I don't want to be categorized as either, yet I tend to lean towards democrat because their interests lie in the every day, little guy problems, whereas the republicans are all about big business and whoever has the most money wins.

I am probably more socialist than anything else.

about 3 1/2 years ago, i was a very very strong republican. but then the war in iraq came, and it sort of led me to get more politically active and research the parties. about a year later, i said i was a democrat although i disagreed with most of their views.. i just didn't like bush.

around last year is when i started getting much more liberal.

now i am an extreme liberal. i have taken 8 political quizes and on every one have gotten liberal, or radical liberal. i am all about government services, the government maintaining the economy, and so forth. also, i am very liberal on social issues.. i am all about gay marriage, abortion, legalization of drugs, amnesty for the immigrants, and so forth. i do not like the death penalty, and i don't like the war.

so i came from being a strong republican to becoming a REALLY REALLY REALLY strong democrat!!

Vote Democrat!

I totally agree with you. Look at Mark Foley and Rev.Ted Haggard, most republicans are hypocrites making their pockets bigger and using the religion and church to get more votes. You know what enough is enough. It is time to change the direction of this country.

there is more to it than that . democrats believe in freedom and your basic rights as an american the republicans push your rights aside to push their agenda forward . they do not believe that you have a right to speak your mind."if your not with us your with the enemy" is what they say "a vote for democrats is a vote for the terrorists" is another one of their slogans Hitler used this same type of campaign and it cause the world to go into a world war, if we "stay the course" the world will soon be against us

How could you agree with Democrats? They dont stand for anything.

And whats this about bigger pockets?

You must be getting your information from Democrats. There are simply too many Republicans for them ALL to be rich. Republican principals benefit everyone who works for a living.

I would be independent because I certainly agree with republicans on anything. However, though I agree in majority with the democrats, they don't stand up for what they believe in and challenge the republicans.

I used to be a Republican.

I even introduced Christie Whitman to the crowd at a Republican picnic when she first ran for Governor.

Then I saw how Republicans behaved when they got some power.

Then I became a Democrat.

that's just a stereotype, republicans also like to watch bill o'reilly, do a little insider trading, cut taxes, think of ways to stop "the gays" from ruining a sacred institution, steal elections, and imagine ann coulter naked

couldn't help my self saw an opportunity for some low blows.
