If you are asking when you ovulate, there is no way to know for sure unless you get bloodwork or an ovulation test.

They have tests out that you can get from your pharmacy that help you figure out your ovulation times! Generally you ovulate a week or so before your period begins. I can always tell because I get crampy like I am getting my period!

do you have what feels like period pains AFTER your period? i do and im pretty convinced they are ovulation pains. but i think most women ovulate between 7-10 days after menstrual cycle. Happy baby making and good luck!

usually its about a week to 10 days BEFORE you period.But then again everyone is diff.you can go get a test done and if your trying to concieve thats prolly the best idea
