download morpheus and look on there. you can down loads tons of stuff for free on there; songs, movies, games...

To be honest, if you have $10 you can buy an older version of Sim City or The Sims - I don't think they're free yet except for the original Sim City, and I don't think there is a better substitute than the later versions of those games.
