There not that easy to wear .. find a pair and ease into them . pretty soon they wont hurt and you can handle your self. But probably ther is not real age restriction .. just little kids wearing high high heels looks kinda "cheap".. I would say junior high school . which is 13 to 15 . your mom can help ... since it sounds like she is the financial backer in this .

well 12 and 11 ,is a good way,i mean if you are 10 the kid will be lighter then the heel,and can barly walk a mile with heels,now 12 year old girls can walk good ,but they have to get used to it,they just can do it right away (there feet WILL hurt.)

They make high heels for kids now. But I think you can wear them at any age for any occasion.

I started when I was 11, but my mom said I couldn;t wear them too too high until I was like 12 or 13.

Maybe 16, because that's when you can dress up and look a little older. Wedges don't count as heels, of course!
