Do you consider a man who works as an escort/hustler fro men a loser?

No, I consider him either a person with few or no choices, or a person who THOUGHT it was the easy way to success...in either case, it is a short lived career that usually ends with HIV. But, considering what a job it would be, I certainly do not consider them to be losers...in fact, they play a very important role in some people's lives....often, they are paid to do nothing but talk, set a stage for fantasy, etc. Being a call guy is NOT necessarily what you think it is. And I think there are times when calling a hustler would be infinately easier than going through the trouble of finding a partner for an hour...no thanks required, no post-coital talk...just get it up, get it off, and get it out...there can be something good to say about that scenario at times. Most of us have never really needed to call anyone like this, but in general, I have nothing against others doing the calling, or the persons being called. Sort of like a person who does porn movies...it is bucks in the hand, but not that many. I am against what the life style often leads to...drugs and early death. None of us are that pretty that long..and usually, the money is thrown away...a wise hustler would invest every cent, take every precaution, and move on with a better life...but few really do this. Good luck

No. I would have to know the individual before labeling him as a loser or not. To say that all escorts are losers is being just as judgmental to them as some other people are to gays and lesbians, and I am not a judgmental person.

He's a loser if this is a 'last resort' way of making money- if it's something he really doesn't want but does to support a drug habit, alcoholism, another similar addiction, or because he can't keep a 'normal' job.

If he likes what he does, however, and takes pride in the profession, despite it's bad reputation, then more power to him- he's a winner in my eyes!

Anybody that receives payment for providing a service may be considered a "loser". I understand that providing sexual services for payment is 1 of the oldest professions and, as you are clearly aware, is still a vital part of culture/civilisation. When you go to your job on Monday, you know, the job you hate but do for the money, remember....

To each his own; as long as someone isn't using force or fraud, they should be allowed to do whatever they choose.
