I have one child already, was very easy getting pregnant with him. Shortly after I had him I found out I was pregnant with twins. I lost the twins about one month apart. Ever since then my hubby and I have been trying to have another child. I was on clomid for a while as I have cysts on my ovaries and they are very painful. My Dr. is saying that I will have to have a surgery to remove everything soon and I am only 22 years old. I know when I am ovulating so that is not the problem. As well almost every time we have sex when I am ovulating I end up with a really bad bladder infection. Do you have any suggestions on how to go about getting pregnant or how to prevent the bladder infections?

To conceive, lay on your back at a 90 degree angle with your butt & legs against the wall for 30mn after you have sex. To prevent the bladder infections, go pee right after this & wipe front to back.

The most effective factor left is NOT fertility medications. If it is been a yr then you definately must see a health practitioner and get a whole fertility workup. One or either one of you would have an effectively correctable challenge. You would potentially want fertility medications, however there are lots of different probabilities earlier than going that course. Good success!

If doc said you have to have surgery to remove cysts than you must do as told before getting preg. Trying to get preg w.o fixing your prob will not help you In any case if you do get preg you may risk the baby as well....Remember getting preg is easy pretaining the pregnancy for 9 months is much harder.
