I think lower back tats are sexy....so are ones along the back shoulderblade. Just dont get one on your ankle or arm...those are SOOOO tacky on females. And dont do the lower abdomen, everyone gets those.

That would depend on where you live ... but WHEREVER you go, make sure they sterilize all equipment and don't cross-contaminate their inks.
