last nite my husband beat me up what can i do when?

here in savannah here is very good standigs with nearly everyone who matters..he works for the city ,the homeless authority,SABH, inner city,all shelters,and union mission......big brathnches! he's there poster boy an ex-druggie user and booze thats wonderful promble i've sufferedso many injuries from his hands and called the local police so much that the last time they treated us both saying one more call we both go to jail hubby been there before for two years before us i so afraid of those places clean record,everytime i called police and went to press charges hubby would say well i'll press charges to i give in afraid of our children been taken away and going to jail now he no i will never call them again he's back at it this time was is real bad....he controls all money, i was adopted and have no family bio family records sealed....now he no i want to leave him so he's trying to pin stuff on me to be arrested you name it he claim i did it she grabed a knife at me YEAH WHILE COOKING....SHE TRIED TO STEAL MY PERSONAL DOUCUMENTS HE HAS NO MONEY DID I MENTION WHAT THE FIGHT WAS ABOUT - LAST NITE I CAUGHT HIM RUNNING OUT THE DOOR IN A HURRY FOLLOWED HIM HE WALKED IN A DRUG STRIP AND BACK WAS HE COUSELING OR IS HE STILL A FUNCTIONING ADDICT ALWAYS LYING ABOUT MONEY, BILLS NEVER PADI IN FULL AND RUNNING TO GET A LOAN AT THE BAT OF AN EYE MAYBE THERES ANOTHER WOMAN, AND GOD FORBID A RELAPSE THATS WHAT LANDED ME A PUNCH TO SAY THE LEAST...HOW CAN I GET OUT MOVE FAR AWAY STATES AND NOT LOOSE MY BABIES WITHOUT PRESSING CHARGES...when he clearly will retaliate and it's legal + broke

Ask that the church help you and babies get to another town or county.

IF these other law inforcements aren't helping you, you should contact Dateline NBC. 20/20 ABC any big news show and have the whole damned city and county responsible for your not getting the help rightly due you and children.

Move away,now,with the kids.It will never change.Only for the worse.I went thru the same thing for 7 yrs.I hated myself,my life and lived in constant fear and depression.It has taken at least 15 yrs. to feel better about myself and to recognize alot of old abbuse issues.They say to put the oxygen mask over your own face first.Go to the welfare office and tell them that you and the children are being abused.They are supposed to have an emergency fund for that.Take the money and move far away.NOW

What are you still doing there with him he's a nut and turned you into one ..... get them kids away from him for sure b/c you never know about people he could take them kids away and want tell you where they are.. trust me a lady on the news went through that and to this day he hasn't told anyone where he took their kids... but anyway leave him now and don't think about what your gonna do take one step at a time when you think about it too much your ideas seem too far fetched.. but Believe in God and trust he will make a way for you & those innocent kids....

unless he has you chained up, i don't understand why you're still with this loser! you've probably thought alot about leaving, now you need to plan to get out and follow your plan. you have leverage...it sounds like the work he does hinges upon having a clean drug record whie doesn't. after you leave his cowardly, sorry ***, a little leak here, a little leak there about his drug use can ruin him. you're letting him scare you and keeping you fearful so that you don't do what's best for yourself. he is using your fear to his benefit. a person will do what WE allow them to do to us.
