I was hit by a drunk driver and left to die in my little car that broke in half and folded around my body. Then he drove off. A few weeks later he calls me asnd tells me who he is, a multi millionaire, and that he didn't want to get in trouble so he drove away. Then he convinced a judge I waited at that specific traffic light waiting for him even though I had no idea who he was. Oh, this was after he paid off all my doctors and 6 attorneys. So now I am left with $50,000 in debt from medical bills and lifelong disabilities which I cannot afford to treat because I can't hold a job. His name is Joeseph Ciri of Spring Branch, Tx JERK I am only 25 and I can't ever have kids because of him, my spine was damaged so now I have so much fluid pushing into my brain hourly I am going blind and deaf and a few months ago my eyes almot litteraly poped out of my face. I am also losing feeling in my legs and spinal fluid leaks out of my ears constantly. What a guy... But there are others in similar situations who were not as fortunate and I rememer that whenever I think about this and try to focus on the good parts of life and Pray for other people.

Probably being sent off to boarding school and hating it. More recently though my mother told me that I was too fat stupid and ugly to ever be able to make anything decent of myself, even though I have an honours degree, speak 4 other languages, have lived in 6 countries and I am a qualified transport manager! I am currently training as a nurse and having a tough time of my final year. I will never be tall skinny and gorgeous as she wants me to be, I will always be small, and maybe always a bit overweight but am generally happy except when she feels it is necessary to kick her own child when she is down so to speak.

Losing relatives.

Some people are important assets in your life that you depend on and gain strength and quality of life from. When they die it really is a loss that you take. That's not just a cliche.

Where you once had support, unconditional love and validation there is an empty place. Apart from the initial sadness of death you take a more permanent loss in your emotional asserts.

Apart from losing my Dad to cancer 3 years ago, I lost my fiancee of 8 years about 10 years ago (he was 28!) to a stupid mistake that the hospital made. This was 2 weeks after our house burnt down, after a petrol bomb was thrown threw our bedroom window. (The fire was not what killed him - a tick bite was)

When my son was 17 he became deathly sick and the doctor told me he wouldn't make it through the night. The anguish of seeing my son so sick and knowing there was nothing I could do to make him well was pure torment. But he pulled through and is just fine. Miracles do happen.
