I don't know about Kosovo, but it sounds like the blitz outside our house, sure it must have been a heck of a lot quieter during the war than it is tonight, hope your kids are enjoying the fireworks and manage to get some sleep tonight, your baby must be so chilled managing to sleep through the noise.

well our street is more like downtown beirut... or anywhere in afghanistan.. we often wondered whether it was upsetting and frightening to the refugees whove just left wartorn (wherever) and have always associated big bangs with insurgents or the army attacking each other... and we let our kids play with explosives..
see martha, i told you, letting the kids juggle chainsaws wasnt that unusual...
