hes got 30 days to appeal and if he doesnt win the appeal he will be hung (or shot if he gets his way) within the next 30 days so he may well be hung on the tree
but he will die before january 5th

no, i think it is going to be appealed and will go on forever in the courts. he will probaly die of old age before they execute him.
